We support our remote employee experience. While we have great office spaces in the Fulton MD, Tyson’s Corner VA, London UK, and Sydney AUS, we’re very distributed and remote first (and always have been). We use a number of communication tools to connect across the company—and all remote employees have the opportunity to visit our offices and meet their teams face-to-face at team offsites. We also have an annual company offsite to get quality in-person time with the entire company at least once a year.

Sonatype is seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join the rapidly expanding sales organization. As an Account Development Representative, you will evangelize Sonatype by identifying and developing new business through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts within a specific territory to drive pipeline growth and territory sales. The Account Development Representative is an integral part of our inside sales organization working closely with Regional Sales Directors and Field Marketing Managers to identify target accounts, create and execute attack strategies and drive new conversations with key prospects aligning Sonatype with their business objecti ves.
