Trakref is a SaaS based Software product. We are based in downtown Nashville TN. We have a mission to help climate by stopping refrigerant leeks. Our product is used in many Industries to Track refrigerant, Assets and compliance. Clients that are using Trakref are Building management companies, Facility mangers, Hospitals, Data centers, Banks , Schools and Utility companies. We are expanding and looking for a great sales executive in these industries.

Our Sales Executive’s are hunters. They knock on doors, make cold calls and turn the unsure lead to a closed sale. They do the home work to know what the prospect pain points are and the scope of the deal to get to the close. They are not afraid of rejection and work well with C-level and the people who work for them. If your a true hunter , then this is the job for you.

If you have sold software to Facility managers,  compliance managers or property management companies that is a big plus. This job is remote.

Responsibility’s

. Prospect and create new leads to increase sales pipeline.

.Conduct sales with best practices with emails, Phone and marketing campaigns  through our CRM tool Hubspot.

.Successfully mange and over come protects objections.

. Exceed monthly quota for qualified leads for the pipeline.

. Meet or exceed pipeline closed sales.

.Be a great Brand champion for Trakref

.Meet with clients over Zoom, Teams etc.

.Travel, only if your fully vaccinated for Covid.

Position Requirements

.5 plus years of experience selling into one or more of the industries listed.

.Bachelor degree preferred or 5 years of SaaS software sales

.Experience with CRM products and the knowledge to use them.

.Well organized and a pre planner

. The ability to work alone as well as a team with minimal direction.

. Must learn the product
