Galileo’s Care Delivery team is focused on delivering the highest quality, value-based healthcare to the populations who need it most. Our innovative approach surrounds patients with an integrated care team that includes medical, behavioral and social support, effectively caring for the whole patient and delivering healthcare that places patient needs at the center. The Acquisition and Engagement Specialist is responsible for new patient outreach and for building the foundation that supports strong patient-care team relationships, which are critical to our work.

What You’ll Do

  • Foster connections and trust with new patients via phone, demonstrating Galileo’s values and approach by listening carefully to patients’ needs and identifying areas where our care teams can support
  • Leverage a range of creative solutions, problem solving, and resourcefulness to find and reach patients who will benefit from Galileo’s high-touch care model
  • Collaborate closely with our care teams to ensure all patients have a high-touch, cohesive onboarding experience, and are quickly and effectively brought into the fold

About the position

  • This position is a part-time contractor position
  • Flexibility in hours worked each week between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EDT
