WorkReduce is looking for an Ad Operations Manager to serve as the technical subject matter expert and establish best practices for the implementation of all 1P tagging and measurement solutions, campaign trafficking, media and creative delivery, and QA of paid campaigns.
This is a full-time, hourly, remote role lasting approximately 3-6 months with a high possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:

    • Implement, troubleshoot, QA, and audit tagging, creative, and delivery across paid media campaigns including search, programmatic, display, and mobile apps
    • Recommend and provide technical guidance to internal and client team(s) on first party data (1P data) implementations for ad serving, media, measurement, analytics, and data platforms
    • Partner with internal product teams to standardize best practices, automate workflows, and define ad ops processes and SLAs
    • Create and maintain documentation around media & data taxonomies to ensure high data quality for reporting, insights, and analysis
    • Monitor discrepancies and perform technical troubleshooting across ad tech vendors
    • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on product updates and changes to the digital advertising ecosystem
    • Train and share best practices across the growing Ad Ops team partnering internally with client services, analytics, product, and tech teams
    • Provide guidance for e-commerce and retail clients

What we’re looking for:

    • 3+ years hands-on experience trafficking campaigns in ad serving and rich media tools like Campaign Manager, Adobe DTM, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc.
    • Well versed in managing competing priorities, stakeholders, workflows, and SLAs
    • Search, programmatic, and social bidding tools including SA360, Kenshoo, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, The Trade Desk, etc.
    • First party tag management solutions and analytics tools (Adobe AnalyticsOmniture, Google Analytics 360, GTM, Tealium, TagMan)
    • Ad verification tools like Double Verify, MOAT, and IAS
    • Mobile measurement providers like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust
    • Creative formats and adtech + martech partners
    • HTML5, Javascript, CSS
