WorkReduce is looking for an Analytics & Ad Technology Manager to be the day-to-day steward for Analytics & Ad Operations for clients working alongside the Analytics & Ad Technology Director, Account Director, and Technical Development teams. You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish and developing strong relations with key client stakeholders and partner agencies. You will be required to have a strong knowledge of the current Analytics landscape and technologies, Scrum Agile methodology, and be able to apply your leadership skills to deliver against client goals and objectives.
This is a remote, full-time, hourly role lasting approximately three months with a high possibility of extension.

What you’ll do:

    • Optimize tags and improve page speed performance on enterprise websites
    • Architect tagging solutions based on tracking requirements and document your work
    • Track Adobe Analytics and then translate to Google Analytics
    • Be the sole driver and manager of projects from start to finish
    • Create presentations for clients and partners to communicate your recommendations and solutions
    • Pull analytics reports from Adobe and Google dashboards for internal assessment of site performance

Who you are:

    • You have spent at least 5-6 years of experience with web analytics and digital ad technologies
    • You Have a full understanding of tag managers such as Ensighten, Marketing Tag Technologies, Javascript
    • You are a Subject Matter Expert in Google Analytics 360 & Adobe Analytics
    • You have a strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
    • You are familiar with the web development process and deployment activities (ex. code repositories)
    • You know how to use JIRA for project management
    • You can explain tagging solutions and architecture along with site data to the non-technical business leader
    • You are a great communicator and have a great knowledge of the analytics landscape
