Certification Analyst – Remote:The Certification Analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager, Launch Operations and serve as an integral member throughout the entire Launch Operations process. Wurl is delivering world-class, quality channels to Streamers and the Certification team ensures we keep that level of service running in concert with our delivery schedules. Our Certification team is responsible for content review during pre- and post-delivery phase by providing high touch audio-visual support on top tier content company channel launches. This role also requires heavy coordination with Onboarding and Launch Ops Managers to ensure channels are reviewed in a timely fashion. In addition, this role requires the ability to incorporate technical specifications gathered from Wurl’s Streamer Ops Team into the Certification process.

What you will do:

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues (urgent and non-urgent)
• Review, triage and investigative problems (root cause analysis)
• Ensure launch assets are reviewed with efficiency and accuracy
• Coordinate with Streamer Ops to ensure Streamer Specs are incorporated into the Certification process
• Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure all required deliverables are obtained from the Content Company
• Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion
• Proactively seek feedback from partners and team members to constantly improve process and execution

Qualifications:Our ideal candidate has directly relevant experience in a similar role and a similar type of company. In addition they should also possess the following skills/traits:

•  2+ years of experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, entertainment or related industries
• Experience at a studio, media company, in post-production, social media, and/or at a video platform
•  Possess a thorough working knowledge of common technical issues found in digital video and audio, as well as an understanding of meta-data, video encoding, video codecs, and their common failures or technical challenges
•  Strong interest in quality and user experience
•  Attention to detail with effective written and verbal communication
•  Ability to perform well autonomously
