As Content Strategist, you will be a key member or the team taking responsibility for generating timely, high-quality, and persona-relevant content for Primer’s enterprise prospects and customers, including videos, website, datasheets, pitch decks, blog posts, webinars, customer guides, and more.

Driving content, you’ll have a significant ability to impact our next phase of growth. You’ll partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to develop a full funnel marketing approach to grow Primer’s awareness, marketing pipeline, and customer base.

You will handle the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy to drive pipeline, upsell, and cross-sell and build on our thought leadership. You will partner with other marketing team members and cross-functional colleagues to ensure we are crafting the right stories in the right formats across all stages of the customer journey.

What you’ll bring in this role:

  • Develop and lead execution of a consistent content strategy to further Primer’s position as the leading industrial-grade NLP platform.
  • Build relationships and work cross-functionally with departments including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to effectively organize and execute on corporate brand initiatives.
  • Articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience in formats and channels that resonate with them.
  • Have a constant pulse on the market to understand the technology, customer and competitive landscape, and generate novel content ideas to drive impact.
  • Own and report on the marketing metrics that drive your business.

What we value:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B content marketing, preferably at a well-known B2B tech brand
  • Experience in developing content for NLP/AI solutions, ideally with a background in developer marketing
  • A creative and analytical thinker with proven ability to effectively execute integrated and streamlined marketing programs
  • Constantly curious and enjoy learning about new verticals and technologies, shifting seamlessly between products, industries, and audiences
  • Knowledge of best practices and new strategies for content, brand, and demand generation
  • An obsession with personas, a natural empathy with customers and their needs, and experience developing persona-based content strategy
  • A pro at building relationships quickly and working cross-functionally, driving results across teams and at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working with external design and PR agencies
  • A natural storyteller with outstanding communication skills who takes pride and joy in evangelizing our mission and products
  • A self-starter with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
