You will own the technology stack for user operations (Zendesk + Talkdesk) and other tools that our team uses on a day-to-day basis. As a thought leader, you will leverage technology to improve internal operational processes and future processes we will need to build in order to scale. While collaborating with operations teams, you will help continue to shape the foundation for reporting and metrics, pulling ad hoc reports, and analyzing operational efficiency. As the technology expert, you will also help with evaluations for any new technology vendor we may potentially bring onboard as we continue to scale the business.
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of overall work experience with at least 3 year in a CRM Administration role such as Salesforce or Zendesk. You have ideally had “full stack experience” with a vendor lifecycle, meaning experience assessing technology vendors, recommending the best one that fits a company’s business needs, and executing the implementation and adoption. The ability to understand business needs across different functions (Operations, Customer Success, etc.) and being able to recommend a business process and technology vendor to match these needs will be a baseline for any serious candidate. Bonus points for those with contract negotiation experience and SQL skills.
Colorado applicants: This role pays between $65,000 – 95,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
