Our Growth Marketing team is looking for a CRM Specialist to help us create meaningful user experiences, spark emotions, and inspire users to download and engage with Fretello, making us their #1 guitar learning companion.
Your playground:
- Taking full ownership of Fretello’s CRM user journeys to engage, retain, and delight guitar learners and enthusiasts worldwide
- Developing a deep understanding of Fretello’s voice, strategic communication, and brand identity
- Producing consistent and impactful communication across all marketing and product touchpoints, from in-app text to paid ads, or from emails to push notifications, etc
- Conceptualizing and conducting experiments to further improve messaging’s goal achievement (engagement, retention, conversion, etc)
- Understanding and using performance KPIs to be able to measure, improve, and proactively report on them
What to bring along:
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing with a special emphasis on CRM for B2C mobile apps, ideally in the Music or EdTech industry
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Customer.io, OneSignal, Braze or any similar tool)
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills and a passion for music
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills in campaign management
- Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JSON/XML and plus points for a basic understanding of ASO, SEO, and mobile UI/UX principles
- Enthusiastic self-starter with an analytical mindset, a sense of ownership, and a desire to constantly improve
- Be based within +/- 3 hours from CET

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 36.000 to a maximum of EUR 46.000. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your skills and experience.
