As manager of demand generation, you will work with the Director of Demand Generation to build a high-performing demand generation program. You’ll manage a portfolio of account-based marketing campaigns aimed at penetrating target accounts, strengthening the sales pipeline, and cultivating our highest-value customers. You will build and maintain the marketing technology stack, which currently includes Marketo, WordPress, Folloze, and RollWorks, among other common systems. We will be looking to you for things like end-to-end campaign management, automated email tracks, account-based advertising, and website strategy. As you define marketing channel objectives, KPIs, and goals you will engineer processes and support the execution of channel tactics, account/lead scoring and triage, maintenance of prospect/customer data, and delivery of marketing performance reports.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional with 4 years of demand generation or digital marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree. Our ideal candidate has worked at a startup B2B Software company and is energized by an environment of rapid growth and change. As a crucial hire, it is important that you have built, or directly contributed to the building of a demand generation function in a previous role, ideally implemented a programmatic account-based marketing program. You are an expert using Marketo (administration experience is essential) with Salesforce. Ability to work cross-functionally (this role will touch every piece of the organization), bias for action (we’re a startup), communication skills and attention to detail (of course!), will be the foundational attributes that will set you up for success in this role.

Colorado applicants: This role pays $112,000 – $200,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
