At Salesloft, our Revenue performance is  pivotal to our company’s success and the enterprise customers sit at the heart of our growth.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Enterprise Enablement team.  Together with your co-partner in the Enterprise enablement space, you’ll help to drive the business forward.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for Proactively identifying areas for improvement in the Enterprise sales motion and implementing processes, training, tools,and content to address them.  Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify revenue and strategic goals for the team
  • Train teams and individual members on the sales motion
  • Define effective processes and work to drive effective adoption of those processes
  • Coach individual performers and managers
  • Create content that drives more effective sales conversations and customer outcomes


We are looking for someone who’s passions sit at the intersection of driving customer outcomes and creating organizational change. In this role you will work with the Enablement and Enterprise Revenue teams to create and implement processes, training, messaging, tools, and content that will create the most effective Enterprise sales organization in the world.

Salesloft’s Enterprise Sales team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming Salespeople who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Enablement team consists of smart, focused enablement professionals who are dedicated to creating the most effective Revenue organization in the world.  They are also the epitome of our core values – Customers First. Team Over Self. Focus on Results. Bias Towards Action. Glass Half Full.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years successful closing experience in an Enterprise Sales role in a SaaS organization
  • 3+ years driving enablement initiatives at the enterprise sales level
  • Strong business acumen, with solid understanding of how sales affects the revenue models of organizations
  • A deep understanding of sales methodologies
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
  • A well-defined approach to performance coaching
  • Experience building consensus and driving change in organizations
  • Understanding of the SaaS business model and culture
  • Excellent project management skills
  • End-user and administrative experience with a sales engagement platform is preferred
  • Knowledge of adult learning concepts and methodologies
  • Experience building instructor led course materials including presentations and activity guides
  • Exceptional technical aptitude
  • Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don’t micromanage


  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Complete the three week Sales onboarding program
  • Develop fundamental understanding of Salesloft’s Revenue processes
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90-day plan and delve into your daily responsibilities


  • Become a product expert
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Become a trusted participant in Salesloft Enterprise sales calls
  • Develop strong relationships with the Enterprise Revenue management team
  • Begin refining and deploying the Salesloft Customer Value program
  • Refine the customer facing motion in the Enterprise segment


  • Create and regularly deliver an Enterprise track as part of the monthly onboarding program
  • Take ownership of the Enterprise enablement program
  • Take a proactive approach in improving existing training programs and uncovering new opportunities


  • Implement processes that clearly drive improved outcomes for both Salesloft and our customers
  • Be recognized as an invaluable part of Salesloft
