Tackle is a fast-growing B2B Saas company, dedicated to helping our customers establish and grow their revenue streams through the hyperscale Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM/RedHat).  Tackle’s platform makes it possible for our customers to leverage the Marketplaces, without needing significant Engineering resources and we make it easier for those customers to manage, maintain and scale their Marketplace businesses as they grow.  As part of that journey, Tackle becomes a trusted advisor to many different stakeholders within our customers’ organizations:  Sales, Alliances, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering.  We are backed by two of the world’s greatest SaaS investors – Bessemer Ventures and a16z and our vision is to change the way that software is sold.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of field marketing programs that increase engagement for prospects and customers, drive new business, and accelerate the sales cycle. You’re a great fit for this role if you love creating unique event experiences (virtual and in-person), you thrive off data and analytics, and you have a demonstrated track record of pipeline generation and deal acceleration programs.

You Will:

    • Manage all in-person and virtual events/programs — including third-party and Tackle hosted events, in-person and virtual experiences, integrated campaigns, and roadshows from initial planning to final execution to support pipeline and revenue goals
    • Partner with the SDRs, Sales, Account-Based Marketing, Customer and Partner Marketing, and Demand Generation stakeholders to deliver successful programs
    • Align field marketing events with core demand generation programs to ensure generation of marketing qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs
    • Identify industry event sponsorship opportunities
    • Accurately forecast and measure pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and ROI

You Have:

    • 3-5  years of field or similar experience at a SaaS company
    • Experience with sales and marketing tools including Salesforce, Hubspot, and Terminus
    • Ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly
    • Strong communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships
    • Team player, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
    • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, negotiation, and project management skills
    • Willing to travel to events
