This role will play a central role in managing our forecasting processes. You will ensure the forecasting processes are seamless for the end users and the outcomes are achievable, ambitious, and holistically owned. Along these lines, you will support GTM & Customer Success leadership with operational planning, managing business needs with capital efficiency standards and growth expectations.
In addition to forecasting, this role will influence functional direction with data-driven insight, all in the spirit of supporting A+ execution. You will partner with BI, Strategy, and the GTM / Customer Success teams to up-level and automate our reporting. You will communicate relevant information, including past performance and leading indicators, to constituents in clear, actionable ways. You will go deep into understanding the drivers of the business to proactively identify ways to improve performance.
About you
We are looking for someone that is pragmatic, self-starting, and has a bias for action. You like being presented with a problem and coming up with a plan. You have demonstrated sound business judgment and are confident to act amidst uncertainty. You can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities. You know when to apply different approaches with tact to drive outcomes and build relationships. Overarching all of these qualities, you want to shape the direction of the company.
Our ideal candidate has 7-10 years of finance experience and 3+ years of experience as a finance business partner to GTM and/or Customer Success. You have worked at an enterprise SaaS company and know what it takes to scale at hyperspeed. Technically, you are extremely efficient. You have advanced excel and/or gsheet skills. You have experience working with Anaplan or other financial planning systems.

Colorado applicants: This role pays $130,000 – $180,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
