HubSpot offers a complete CRM, sales, marketing, and customer service platform with all the tools and integrations businesses need to grow better — whether they want to increase leads, accelerate sales, streamline customer service, or build a powerful website. More than 135,000 customers in 120+ countries use HubSpot’s software, services, and support to transform the way they grow their business.
HubSpot is looking to expand its partnership initiative with Online Form Builders to help millions of businesses that use Forms tools – like Typeform, Jotform, Formstack, WPForms, and others – grow their businesses better.
Online Form Builder tools are powerful and easy to use. They enable businesses to build beautiful, responsive forms, surveys, and quizzes that drive submissions. However, when they are not integrated with HubSpot, only the form’s basic information is captured, typically not stored anywhere, and is not maximized in sales, marketing, or customer service operations.
When businesses do integrate their Online Form Builder tools with HubSpot, simple form submissions become enriched with valuable and actionable information. The form submission details are automatically synced to the businesses’ HubSpot contact database so they can see all the pages the individual visited, set up automatic emails, notifications, and marketing automation workflows, auto-create support tickets, auto-assign sales or service owners, and much more.
HubSpot is looking for an accomplished partner manager that can build high-quality integration and distribution partnerships with Online Form Builder platforms. Their main goal will be to drive new signups and customers to HubSpot while helping forms partners build best-in-class integrations and creative go-to-market strategies.
As the Forms Partner Manager, your responsibilities will include working with Online Form Builder tools to develop new partnerships, advance existing ones, and increase the adoption of the HubSpot. You will have an exciting opportunity to join a small (but mighty) cross-functional team to drive growth and expand upon the go-to-market strategy of HubSpot with Online Form Builders.
You will work closely with other teams in business development, marketing, product, customer services, and sales. We are looking for someone with a business development/customer management background that can champion technical and strategic initiatives to help drive the adoption of HubSpot and partners.
In the Forms Partner Manager role, you’ll get to:
- Identify new partnerships with Online Form Builder tools and work with them to develop integrations and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage existing Online Form Builder partners to increase the quality and depth of the distribution between their company and HubSpot.
- Build trust, establish credibility, and hold partners accountable.
- Work with HubSpot’s marketing and product teams to influence the product roadmap and build a go-to-market plan with your partners.
- Work with HubSpot’s sales and customer service teams to make sure they are educated on the partner’s integration capabilities.
We are looking for people who:
- Have partnership experience and knowledge.
- Are proactive, genuinely curious, and detail-oriented.
- Enjoy working within a small, hardworking, cross-functional remote team.
- Have an understanding of building go-to-market strategies.
- Have the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals such as new partner acquisition, driving new software signups, MRR, and retention.
- Have compassion and empathy for others.
- Have great organization and communication skills.
