GENERAL MANAGER, PROVINCIAL HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS
As the leader of our provincial healthcare strategy and initiative, your focus will be to identify and manage key relationships with decision-makers and influencers across the levels of provincial, regional, local and program healthcare to further Smile’s growth across Canada. When selecting a vendor for healthcare IT solutions, you will ensure that Smile is top-of-mind for provincial decision-makers. Your initial focus and efforts will be with Ontario.
You will support Smile’s building of data exchange ecosystems by identifying and managing key relationships with decision-makers and influencers within the various Ministries and across the levels of provincial, regional, local and program healthcare. You will leverage your knowledge and expertise to support the governance of business development and requests for tender government proposals. This involves managing and reporting on the risks associated with provincial customers and the strategic business plans for revenue generation.
You will be a key representative for Smile when meeting and presenting to Ministry, provincial, regional and program-level customer briefings and conferences, guiding and creating the development of whitepapers and other high-value presentations and materials. You will serve as the day-to-day champion for the growth & delivery of products and services across the various levels of provincial and territory healthcare in Canada.
You have deep knowledge of provincial and territory healthcare structures and know how to identify and provide healthcare IT solutions combined with at least ten years of proven consultative and technical experience in healthcare technology solutions within Canada. You are known for understanding and communicating customer needs, customer technology goals, operational infrastructure, funding structures and business vision. Your experience managing, monitoring and supporting contract negotiations and RFP processes within provincial healthcare models bring value to this role. In addition, you offer superior communication, solution-based problem-solving, plan execution and project management skills.
