The Growth Marketing Senior Analyst will blend their creative and quantitative skills to identify opportunities and build solutions that drive response. You will partner closely with Analytics, Product, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead the ideation and execution of product changes that foster growth. You will build a flywheel founded on testing and learning that helps to optimize funnels to create the best possible experience for StudyTeam users and increase the number of full adopters of our StudyTeam product.

What You’ll Be Working On:

    • Product Analysis and Experimentation
    • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products
    • Identify the most important opportunities to remove barriers for product engagement and adoption
    • Run A/B tests to drive engagement and adoption; from designing and analyzing the test to communicating key findings and takeaways from experiments within the team and across the organization
    • Product Growth and Marketing
    • Partner with our site-focused engineering teams to execute on projects based on what’s identified to accelerate growth globally
    • Drive in-product adoption via building user guides and surface training content
    • Apply creative thinking in building campaigns and solutions that will drive user response
    • Collaboration and Ownership
    • Increase the number of sites fully adopting StudyTeamPartner with others to build a user community
    • Influence other team members to increase the number of sites fully adopting StudyTeam

What You Bring to Reify Health:

    • BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or other technical field
    • 3+ years experience in Marketing or Growth
    • 3+ years experience doing quantitative analysis
    • 2+ years experience with product optimization work i.e. funnel/website optimization and/or outbound communication channels like email
    • Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and driving execution
    • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts and product managers
    • A creative approach and an eye for a beautiful design
    • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, a love of data and growth marketing
