As Head of Strategic Sales, Americas, you lead the team of Sales Managers in the Americas and you establish and grow the Key Accounts driving a large part of revenue growth at ConsenSys.

The role is uniquely exciting and impactful in the tech industry because the Americas Key Accounts list includes both Fortune 500 companies (many of which in the financial services sector) and crypto-native companies (DeFi, NFT, fintech, funds) who are pushing the boundaries of blockchain-enabled business models.

As Head of Strategic Sales, Americas, you define the Key Account sales strategy and plan and you identify and direct the resources needed to ensure that ConsenSys products and services are enabling future winners of the blockchain ecosystem. You creatively leverage ConsenSys’ extensive network of shareholders, strategic partners, and ecosystem relationships in order to identify win-win opportunities for value creation.

You build and grow a team that will reach up to 10 Sales Managers, each with a $2M annual quota on average, working together with dozens of Product and Professional Services team members who participate in the opportunity teams that you oversee.

On a daily basis, you support and coach the Sales Managers, prioritize the opportunities that are likely to make a difference in our revenue trajectory, and work closely with Marketing, Products, Professional Services and Customer Success in order to refine go-to-market tactics and operate feedback loops between customers and offerings.


You have 10+ years of experience in sales roles including a successful experience at a software company, with an impeccable track record of delivering your sales quotas of $10M+ in challenging and often ambiguous environments.

You are a proven leader, able to identify win-win arrangements with many stakeholders internally and externally and rally them to your worldview. You have proven that you can be deeply committed to your team, setting clear expectations, leading by example, and mentoring your direct reports in order to raise the bar.

You understand blockchain technology and DeFi (decentralized finance), and ideally have an existing personal network in both traditional financial services and blockchain / crypto-native ecosystem. You have sold emerging technologies before, and have demonstrated that you can come up with inspiring views with respect to how to get them to market.

Your colleagues see you as a deal maker, someone who is able to communicate clearly and concisely about deal expectations and has the quantitative skills and attention to detail required in order to negotiate complex deals over many years.
