Responsibilities

As a junior developer you will initially be responsible for delivering mission critical, but rarely time sensitive tasks across multiple teams, for example, you may be tasked with changing lambda functions to use Graviton2 across the entire code base, or use API’s and SQL commands to collect data for organizational metrics. You will be expected to learn every day about code, logistics, product development and more. It will be part of your job to make sure that you are growing. You will also work with our product teams to help deliver features for our customers, and with some time, will advance to a role on one of those teams.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 0-2 years of professional experience either as full-stack software development and/or comfortable working with both front- and back-end languages focused on productivity and operations
  • Hands-on experience using, developing and maintaining API integration
  • Supply chain and logistics industry (plus)
  • Excitement to work with modern frameworks (React) and technologies (serverless/cloud native)
  • Curious about new technologies and excited to find ways to implement them in your work
  • Not afraid to ask questions, being an active listener, able to communicate, curious, team-player, and growth minds
  • A big appetite and capacity to learn and improve your skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems into a variety of simple and generic problems
  • Forms and shares opinions and feedback in respectful and empathetic ways
