The Opportunity:

The Manager of Human Resources provides the leadership necessary to deliver a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support to employees and managers that are fully aligned with TrueAccord’s values and goals. This spectrum of support includes benefits administration, succession planning, change management, organization and development, office management, and payroll. The Manager of Human Resources improves the work environment by recommending new policies, practices, and benefits, monitoring and acting on staff career growth opportunities, compensation practices, and emphasizing and improving benefits and perks.

What You’ll Do:

    • Work closely with the Chief People Officer, People Operations and Talent teams to develop, implement, and continue to iterate on foundational People Ops programs
    • Provide counsel, guidance, assistance, and coaching to executives, leaders, and managers during complex employee relations situations across all geographies
    • Develops employee strategies for the organization and counsels managers and employees on the adherence to the policies, procedures, laws, and regulations
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote HR strategies
    • Developing and implementing human resources policies
    • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law;
    • Supporting strategic objectives
    • Support direct reports in developing their knowledge and expertise
    • Facilitates professional development, training, and certification activities for people operations staff
    • Manages and executes employee compensation and benefits strategies and programs
    • Develops and implements people strategies in alignment and support of business objectives
    • Deliver a top-tier benefits program, overseeing the provision of plan options including 401K, policy features, enrollment, systems, and other requirements
    • Listen and counsel employees on issues ranging from personnel matters to concerns with management Lead investigations and resolution of complaints of the highest complexity and sensitivity
    • Ensure all activities are in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment-related regulations, including EEO, FMLA, OSHA, ADA and ADEA
    • Partner with company leadership to maintain, improve, and recommend HR strategies across the organization

You’re Experienced in the Following:

    • Experience in building, coaching and leading a high performing HR team including remote teams
    • Strategy development experience around HR-specific OKRs, SLAs, culture, policies, and processes at a leadership level
    • Knowledge of leading global employee relations and compliance
    • HR experience including: Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR systems
    • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
    • Strong attention to detail ensuring the highest level of accuracy
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Broad knowledge of and experience with a wide array of HR programs and practices including employment law, compensation, performance management, leadership development, coaching, employee relations, change management, and organizational development and effectiveness
    • Experience supporting a fast-paced high-tech environment preferred
    • Entrepreneurial drive and a desire for continuous learning
    • Start-up experience is strongly preferred
    • Experience with the implementation of HRIS systems
    • Deadline‐driven and solutions‐oriented
    • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems or obstacles with minimal supervision either remotely or onsite

Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
