Overview

About us

We’re in the middle of a growing behavioral health crisis that we can’t ignore — especially when it comes to kids and teens. At least 1 in 5 children have a diagnosed behavioral health condition, yet up to 80% of them don’t get the care they need. Brightline is here to change that.

We’re on a mission to build a bright future for every child, bringing extraordinary behavioral health care to children and families. Brightline is convening a team of leading clinicians, technologists, business leaders, and creative thinkers to completely transform what behavioral health care looks like. Together, we’re building exceptional technology and real-world care to bring a warm, supportive, and goal-oriented experience to families. And we’re all here to help children and families thrive.

Founded in 2019, Brightline is the leading comprehensive behavioral health platform for families, backed by nearly $100M in funding from leading investors including G/V (formerly Google Ventures), Oak HC/FT and Threshold Ventures. As we grow quickly across the country, we’re looking for exceptional team members who, like us, are eager to transform behavioral health.

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team to understand their priorities and hiring goals for 2022 and beyond
  • Use data to identify new and creative recruitment marketing strategies within hard-to-hire markets

Experience & Skills
