Requirements

In order for us to consider your application, you must have or demonstrate the following:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as Google products including Drive, Documents, and Sheets
Proficient in email etiquette and writing skills
Effectively and positively communicate with existing school account contacts via phone
Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and work under tight deadlines
Efficient organization and time-management skills
Flexibility and teamwork are a must
Candidate must live in Arizona
Some travel required to schools for open houses and meetings

Responsibilities

Our customers expect a turn-key solution to their school lunch needs. We partner with local area restaurants (vendors) within a specific distance of these schools to fulfill this need. The Account Manager is responsible for coordinating schedules and setting timelines to secure these vendors as well as working with school administrators to address any needs they may have. The Account Manager takes ownership of project timelines, deadlines, and reporting.

Responsibilities associated with the Account Manager position include, but are not limited to:

Leading projects from start to finish: planning, implementing, forecasting, tracking
Enforcing project timelines and criteria
Manage school relations and relay any issues, requests or changes to correct team
Communicate effectively with schools and vendors
Assisting with preferred vendor selections with the schools
Measure profitability and help us improve customer engagement
Onboard and set up new schools (post-sales). Includes data entry.
Cultivating client relationships through phone calls, face-to-face interaction, and proactive service offerings
Acting as an internal liaison between various internal teams, including customer service, vendor relations, sales, and vendor training
Attend select school open house events and on site school meetings when necessary.
