What You’ll Do

- Become a mabl and software testing subject matter expert
- Function as a technical point of contact, enabler, and trusted advisor for mabl Partners, partner technical resources, and end users
- Assist Partners with initiatives such as evaluations of the mabl product and enablement sessions and workshops
- Provide consultative guidance on implementation and integrations, advanced mabl usage, new features, and mabl best practices
- Engage with security teams and other technical and business stakeholders to facilitate mabl deployment and adoption
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success to grow our business
- Collaborate with Marketing to build collateral, represent mabl at public events, and contribute to webinars, blogs, etc.
- Collect and share product feedback while advocating internally to support Partners, their customers, and our users
Who we’re looking for
-
- Customer-facing experience at a SaaS B2B company
- Native level fluency in written and verbal communications in Japanese
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Someone equally able to guide end users, as well as engage and influence the highest levels of organizational leadership
- Knowledge of software development and DevOps practices
- Technical abilities with Javascript and CSS/XPath queries, SSO, networking, and CI/CD pipeline tools and workflows
- The ability to efficiently learn and master technical concepts, tools, and applications and to teach others those concepts and methods
- Passionate about working at a growing, successful company and helping others produce better quality software
