We’re seeking a Partnership Development Manager who will be responsible for driving new channel development end to end: sourcing, developing, launching and growing successful channel partnership programs. You have a good mix of skills including an ability to identify prospects, structure mutually aligned partnership terms, consultative salesmanship, contract negotiation, and ability to deepen partner relationships. You excel at collaborating cross functionally with both internal and external teams and have a strong desire to increase the growth of our business. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships, the Partnership Development Manager will play an integral role in new channel development.   • Identify, structure, negotiate, and execute complex deals with a wide array of partners across industry verticals
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations; articulate the BentoBox value proposition, gain an understanding of partner goals and craft mutually beneficial strategies
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and business teams to identify impactful opportunities and drive partnerships to execution
  • Develop, manage and optimize new channels to increase revenue
  • Uphold BentoBox’s core mission, vision, and values

Skills & Attributes

  • 4+ years business development, partnership, or consulting experience
  • Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; proficiency when speaking with people from different industries and diverse backgrounds
  • Strong networking skills; ability to walk into a room where you don’t know anybody and walk out having made a dozen new contacts
  • Natural curiosity and solutions-oriented mindset; proactively comes to the table with creative solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; constantly looking for new and innovative ways to solve problems and deliver results with limited resources
  • Data driven; adept at using data to inform decision making and prioritization
  • Detail oriented; understands that specificity and attention to detail are the building blocks of a successful deal
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
