Overview

The People Ops Coordinator will be the operational and administrative backbone of the People team, helping to manage the seamless operations supporting all of our greater Babylist team. You will own the onboarding operations, helping welcome new team members and providing structure so they can ramp and acclimate. You’ll support the accuracy of our People data and work with our recruiting team to facilitate a flawless recruiting experience for all Babylist candidates.
We’re looking for somebody who has both a type-A attitude towards organization, as well as a welcoming and approachable disposition. Somebody who has experience managing and synthesizing complexity, is flexible in the face of change, knows how to self organize and likes to have a laugh.
The career path for this role could develop a number of different directions; into recruiting, into a generalist role, towards the business partner track, or a program manager for our people programs as we grow.

What You’ll Do – People Operations

    • Run the operations of our onboarding program including partnering with managers to ensure a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience, equipment provisioning, program presentations and manage onboarding to all systems
    • Maintain and manage the People team tech stack, coordinating with Payroll and Benefits
    • Create, own, and maintain the People team knowledge base
    • Partner with teams across the organization to coordinate all types of events (remote and eventually onsite)

What You’ll Do – Recruiting

    • Facilitate an exemplary candidate experience
    • Recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and remote interviewing coordination
    • Maintain the data integrity of our applicant tracking system, including responsiveness to 100% of candidates who apply to Babylist
    • When we return to the office, manage interview onsites

What You’ve Done

    • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
    • Experience with Google suite, Slack, an ATS (Lever or Greenhouse), and HRIS a bonus
    • Successfully worked with multiple teams remotely also a plus
