Overview

Brightline is on a mission to build a bright future for every child, bringing extraordinary behavioral health care to children and families.

We’re in the middle of a behavioral health crisis that we can’t ignore—especially not when it comes to our children. 1 in every 5 children has a behavioral health condition, yet up to 80% still get little or no help. Far too many families face insurmountable barriers when their child really needs help, and parents are too often left feeling alone and without the support they need. We can do so much better. That’s why we’re here!

When you join Brightline, you’re joining a team that has an unstoppable drive to change the lives of families across the country. We’re a team of thoughtful problem-solvers, expert and kind clinicians, and experienced operators and technologists. Above all, we’re committed to helping each other succeed, learn, and grow—all while bringing care to families when, where, and how they need it.

No matter what you’re looking for in your next role, we’re pretty confident that you’ll

About the Role

As a Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics, you will drive the strategy, roadmap and execution for building trusted data products that influence decision-making across all levels within Brightline – products that communicate our impact to our enterprise customers, scale our ability to deliver care, and power our ability to deliver more personalized, impactful support to families nation-wide.

Reporting to Senior Manager of Product Management, Reporting & Analytics, the ideal candidate is data-minded, a self-starter who is comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, and is passionate about bringing clarity to complex problems through active listening, thoughtful collaboration, and clear communication across a wide range of teams and stakeholders.

This product leader will partner closely with the Data Science team and cross-department stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Client Success, Engineering, and Care Delivery to drive impact across all areas of the business.

These the kinds of projects you might work on in your first two quarters:

  • Collaborate on the roadmap, strategy, and vision for the Data Science team
  • Shape Brightline’s strategy for leveraging machine learning for a more personalized member experience
  • Drive establishment of self-serve web & mobile analytics tooling for the Product team
  • Drive data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization by partnering with cross functional leaders on problem framing, metric design & definition, and dashboard creation
  • Lead the end-to-end development of automation tooling for client reporting

About You

  • You are data-driven and highly analytical. You have hands-on experience in data science or analytics and comfortable with SQL, Python, R, or other related tool of choice
  • You feel comfortable switching from talking about advantages of using random forests with data scientists to how to achieve product-market fit with senior product leadership
  • You build fantastic relationships across all levels of an organization and are recognized as a problem solver that looks to elevate the work of everyone around them
  • You are an excellent executor who delivers, learns, and improves products quickly and thoughtfully
  • You are energized by our vision to redefine behavioral health for children and their families
  • You have 3 years of experience in product management, management consulting, analytics or other relevant discipline

Bonus points for experience with:

  • Healthcare or enterprise benefits experience

Benefits + Perks:

  • Remote first and focused on community—we have Bright Spots with employees across the country (check out more info below) + generous work-from-home stipend
  • Competitive compensation & benefits packages because we know the work you do is hard and we recognize how valuable you are, including an unlimited PTO policy + 14 paid holidays, Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, and stock options
  • Collaborate with diverse members across teams with weekly group learning opportunities and team breakfasts (and offsite retreats in the future!)
  • Dedicated time for your health and wellness, including group workouts and meditations hosted by Brightline employees
