  • Contribute to SDLC from requirements gathering through post-production support
    • Advocate for client needs within the scrum team
    • Create EPICs, define requirements, and write user stories independently
    • Schedule and lead requirements review with engineers
    • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
    • Do whatever is necessary to “ship”
    • Manage a project from concept to design through execution and launch – including the creation of a roll out plan
  • Communicate product vision
    • Translate product strategy into specific, actionable requirements
    • Train internal teams on new product features and enhancements
    • Manage, track, and present status on projects to key stakeholders
    • Think through product scenarios to prioritize long and short term objectives from all perspectives
    • Communicate the vision via wireframes, documents, and presentations
  • Collaborate cross functionally
    • Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, design solutions for them, and drive their implementation
    • Partner with engineering, sales, and operations to provide product intelligence, competitive data, and target audience insights to build awareness, demand, and customer loyalty
  • Remain up to date on competitive intelligence
    • Interest in research and competitive analysis to keep tabs on market trends and competition
    • Analyze brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop strategies based on research and analysis


  • Hands-on experience defining user experience, managing requirements, and creating user stories for user-facing web products
  • Comfortable with an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Demonstrated experience working with software products, preferably in an active role in helping build them (engineering, design, data, marketing, or similar)
  • Adept with issue management or project management software, such as JIRA or Notion
  • Knowledge of API integrations with Social Media, like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Unconstrained by the resources available
  • Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
  • Default to thoughtful, humble, empathetic, respectful, and calm communication
  • Never create drama and never operates with an adversarial attitude
