About This Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving the Strategy to Stories lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business strategy, technology, and operations to drive the success of our client projects.


Product Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and refine product strategies that align with business objectives, digital needs, and operational requirements.


Product Roadmap Creation: Triangulate business strategy, business and technology gaps, operational needs, and digital requirements to create a comprehensive product roadmap. Incorporate insights from research and experience design (XD) to drive roadmap prioritization and decision-making.


Pod Governance: Accountable for governing the progress of the Pod to which this role belongs. Lead and coordinate activities within the Pod, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. As pods are devoid of project managers, take charge of driving progress and ensuring timely delivery.


Design Facilitation: Facilitate the design process, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce epics and user stories that capture client requirements and address user needs effectively.


Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related discussions and updates.


Digital Transformation Expertise: Leverage past experience in eCommerce and/or Telecom to drive digital transformation initiatives and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support in planning, directing, managing, and coordinating day-to-day business activities and product-related projects (agendas, briefings, and wider materials for internal meetings and major client ceremonies)
  • Actively engage in client communication, working closely with the Customer Success and Project Management teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify and help to solve Product Team challenges and gaps
  • Makes data-driven decisions, with strong analytical skills
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the realization of business outcomes in working solutions
  • Constructs comprehensive and effective presentations that translate issues into actionable objectives and a compelling story
  • Has a collaborative spirit and is a team player
  • Defines project vision for large and complex projects in the telecom or eCommerce industry
  • Creates and executes product strategies for growing/operating digital platforms or ecosystems
  • Must be resourceful, with the ability to find solutions where they are not obvious

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience working in a strategic capacity, particularly in the United States eCommerce/Telecom sector a plus
  • A clear understanding of, and experience in, all phases of the software development lifecycle including vision and scope definition, road mapping, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, handoff, and delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive consensus among cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans and deliverables
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities and client requirements
  • Experience working with an Executive Leadership Team and/or C-suite team members; support and facilitation across all internal and external initiatives
  • Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements (Jira, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge and experience with multiple SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum, and traditional waterfall
  • Strong foundation of core Product Management skill sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel
