A critical aspect of operational excellence is Program Management. We’re looking to bring that expertise to our new Global Mobility function, by adding a Program Manager to our Legal Operations Team.  In this role you’ll play a key role in partnering with teams across HubSpot to drive collaboration and help launch a Global Mobility function that solves for the needs of our employees and business compliance and risk.  Acting as a key partner to the Director of Global Mobility, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to bring the vision to life.  You will help to shape the Legal Operations teams best practices in global program and project manage

This is a new role, where you will be chartered with becoming deeply familiar with the processes and systems that support our employee mobility experiences, and driving improvements to support unprecedented employee growth across our organization.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with HubSpot’s Director of Global Mobility to shape and deliver a scalable employee mobility program.
  • Lead internal teams and auditors to evaluate and create new business processes and implement systems enhancements that ensure a superb employee experience, as well as our continued compliance.
  • Unite cross-functional team members to deliver on shared objectives.
  • Lead regular reviews with project teams and readouts with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Create consistent and streamlined project management standards.
  • Develop key inputs and KPIs for the Global Mobility program to ensure we’re nailing the vision and proactively addressing new challenges.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Hands-on experience in driving global change management initiatives in complex matrix environments, across multiple audiences, at all levels of the organization
  • Experience running a flexible work program, and implementing the systems and processes needed to support that at scale.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with program management
  • Experience in performing technical and process assessments.
  • Understanding of global regulations that can influence employee mobility.
  • Experience working with core people operations functions and driving cross-functional initiatives across HR, Legal, Finance and IT teams.
