As Engineering Support Manager, you are responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the execution of our incident management process from a Tier1 and Tier2 support perspective. You will manage all aspects of the incident management process, including queue management, incident escalation, on-call coordination, SLA adherence, daily triage calls, and interfacing with other departments such as core development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective hands-on, day-to-day management of the Tier1 support team and junior Tier2 developers to ensure effective implementation of our incident management process.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse engineering support analysts and software developers team.
  • Provide guidance on escalated issues and lead escalation calls with customers as required.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues for scoping, planning, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance related to any incident/support issue.
  • Analyze solutions to ensure they will be interoperable, performant, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to deliver new features and capabilities.
  • Engage resources as needed from across Smile CDR to ensure delivery of the best possible solutions for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain processes to improve our incident management handling.
  • Develop and maintain analytics to monitor our adherence to SLAs and other support processes.
  • Understand the capabilities of Smile CDR’s products and services and how they can deliver value to customers.
  • Maintain good working knowledge in our core technologies and standards, including (but not limited to) HL7 FHIR, OpenID Connect, Java, JavaScript, JSON and XML, and interface with other SMEs in the company as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ of management experience combined with experience coaching or mentoring similar teams.
  • Demonstrate competence with JIRA (preferred) or other service management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent external communications experience with Senior/C-level management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with many team members, local and remote.
  • Good knowledge of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Healthcare domain experience and experience in HL7 (V2, FHIR) are assets.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field of study such as computer science is preferred.

As a Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for generating leads, identifying new opportunities and supporting Business Development Consultants within their assigned territory or market area. The Account Executive is expected to meet or exceed the sales goals established by the Company while delivering the highest standard of integrity, quality, and customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and identify new opportunities through networking and prospecting, including cold calling and utilizing the internal services provided to the sales team by the company (i.e. marketing and public relations activities).
  • Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.).
  • Interface and develop professional relationships with existing clients and prospects throughout the organizational levels.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Smile CDR’s solution offerings.
  • Identify the needs and solutions for clients or prospective clients and be able to communicate features, benefits, uses and applications, competitive advantages and business terms, etc.
  • Facilitate technical follow-up to close sales.
  • Act as representative of Smile CDR at industry conferences, association meetings, and other events, as needed.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas.
  • Participate in and contribute to sales planning status meetings.
  • Ensure that the confidentiality, privacy and integrity of Smile CDR’s information are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Completed post-secondary degree in business, a related field of study, or comparable work experience.
  • 2+ years of progressive sales, closing and quota-carrying experience with B2B software or technology sales, dealing with long sales cycles and average deal values of $100K or more.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry drivers, including providers, payers, and government agencies.
  • Strong listening skills followed by good presentation skills and the ability to establish rapport and credibility with senior management and executives.
  • Demonstrate exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Establish a creative problem-solving approach with strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with a self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently use software including Windows/Mac, Google Suite, HubSpot (CRM) and more.
