Pulumi is realizing a vision of cloud engineering, where every developer can program the cloud using familiar tools, languages, and best practices. We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to play an integral part in helping grow and scale our team.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle technical recruiting of engineering/technology professionals including: sourcing diverse technical talent, screening, interview process management, and offer negotiation. We are seeking someone who is passionate about providing a world class candidate experience and can help contribute new ideas on process improvements, hiring strategies, and recruiting best practices.

This role can be either full time or part time. While Pulumi is headquartered in Seattle, WA, this role will be remote – USA.

In this role you will:

  • Partner and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers to help develop team recruiting strategies using market data and hiring best practices.
  • Lead full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience and help initiate creative changes to our current hiring strategies as we grow.
  • Effectively use our Greenhouse ATS system and manage hiring data.
  • Utilize hiring metrics to develop new and efficient hiring solutions.
