As the Sales Ramp Acceleration Manager you will be responsible for building and leading our new hire sales acceleration playbook for Small Business aligned to our global onboarding strategy. This manager will play a significant role in how we achieve our sales targets each month. This role will help drive sales rep experience, increase ramping, rep retention and overall revenue.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Lead and build a best in class sales acceleration process in a business segment of almost 200
  • go-to market employees
  • Define and drive accountability in key performance indicators including deal engagement, deal creation, deals won and ASP.
  • Effectively coach how to prospect, manage capacity and pre-call plan to create a delightful customer experience.
  • Develop the next generation of diverse HubSpot Sales talent.
  • Partner with sales enablement and marketing organizations to accelerate growth in our high velocity segment through a high-touch sales model
  • Design and execute SMB ramp acceleration playbook.
  • Support and lead certain initiatives with sales enablement, sales operations and marketing to include implementation, execution, and inspection of tools, projects, and campaign rollouts.
  • Evaluate key trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies across the segment, including the distributions of Divisional weekly “Ramping Rep Reports” with performance metrics of the KPI of all under 1 year associates
  • Make recommendations and consult with sales management  around trends, metrics, and key actions.
  • Weekly live call coaching followed by providing feedback to Sales Executives to ensure they are capable of supporting their constituents
  • Develop and deliver weekly ramp acceleration training for under 1 year growth specialists to include training on solution specific products, personas, deal strategy in the sales process
  • Manage & Train and develop multi-touch marketing campaigns utilized by all ramping growth specialists.

We Are Looking For People Who Have

  • People management experience at scale and a passion for creating a diverse and inclusive team environment.
  • Experience developing go-to market motions and strategies that apply to both large customer acquisition and low touch small customer acquisition
  • A strong track record of growth and overachieving targets in a high velocity, high-growth business
  • A proven playbook for hiring, coaching, and mentoring go-to market teams
  • Strategic mindset to help drive HubSpot customer acquisition strategy
  • A deep understanding of customer needs to design sales processes which solve for customers first
  • The ability to motivate and align a team to a vision and manage effectively through change
  • Previous experience working in SaaS industries.
  • Proficiency in public speaking at industry and company events

Cash compensation range: 157000-209000 USD annually.

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all HubSpotters are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
