Sourcegraph is looking for a dynamic, high-agency Demand Generation Program leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, planning, and activation of integrated marketing programs designed to engage an audience of developers and decision makers. Sourcegraph’s products help developers and companies with billions of lines of code create and manage the software you use every day. Our vision is a world where everyone can code – not just ~0.1% of the population. When everyone can code, we will see faster and more broadly beneficial technological progress. The Demand Generation team partners with marketing and sales to increase awareness of Sourcegraph’s universal code search solutions and drive demand to hit pipeline and revenue goals. We do this with strategic, targeted, highly measurable online and offline programs.
This role is both strategic and tactical. You are a swiss army knife of marketing know-how with experience in go-to-market campaign development, omnichannel campaign strategy, event marketing, nurture programs, and hand-off to sales. The customer is at the center of what we do here so an appreciation for the developer audience and a mastery of ABM principles are essential to success in this role.
