About the Role:

    • As we scale the Polywork product and brand, we are looking for a leader to help scale and maintain our Polywork community. Through this role you will bring to life the vision for community management.
    • As our Sr. Director of Community, you will own the conversation with both existing and future community members by participating in regular discussions, identifying new community members, and listening intentionally to our current ones.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience building aspirational and exciting programming, and finding unique ways to engage and retain our community.
    • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is solutions-oriented, thinks outside of the box, enjoys fast-paced work and is motivated by success.
    • This is a critical and exciting role, reporting to our COO and working alongside our Head of Go-to-Market.

You Will:

    • Develop and implement programs to engage our community and work closely with our Go-to-Market team to devise new ways to help scale the community
    • Own strategic community projects; organize online community events, round table conversations, and other community focused initiatives.
    • Own and analyze all community driven data, showing how our community supports the goals of the business.
    • Be the go-to contact for current Polywork community members, and develop a strategic approach for how to operate with our growing community at scale.
    • Advocate for our users and work closely with relevant cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, etc.) to address any glitches/issues, should they arise.

You Have:

    • 8+ years of community experience.
    • Experience building and scaling communities across relevant channels.
    • Desire to spend time with people and users, your role will involve working with our community everyday.
    • The ability to work autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your colleagues while empowering and supporting those around you.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills (English)

Compensation, Benefits & Perks:

    • Compensation: $170 – $190 + equity, based on experience.
