The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for the strategy, orchestration and oversight of all integrated marketing campaigns, required to drive brand awareness and demand across key industries and target audiences. This person will be part of the Demand Gen team, working closely with the wider Marketing team as well as key partners across Product Marketing, Solutions and Sales, reporting directly into the Senior Director of Demand Generation.

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Design and lead all aspects of execution of integrated marketing campaigns for key market segments to drive new pipeline and growth
  • Work with the wider marketing team and subject-matter experts internally to generate all the required deliverables to run a successful campaign, including campaign requirements, target audience, creative, messaging, digital assets, campaign documentation
  • Work in tandem with the Marketing & Campaign Ops team to ensure that campaign activation is accurately operationalized, detailed, tracked into our systems, and in compliance with existing processes
  • Support Digital Marketing team in coordinating campaign asset creation to launch paid media ads
  • Collaborate with Campaigns Ops, Content, Creative marketing teams to build and ensure continuous optimization of nurture streams, including developing audience segments and paths, content mapping to buyers journey, creative, operational documentation
  • Develop competitive campaigns and alliance partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment campaign plans
  • Leads video production and activation across our online channels
  • Analyze campaign results and provide ongoing recommendations how to optimize
  • Guide efforts and partner with BI and Marketing & Campaign Ops team to build standardized campaign dashboards, critical metrics and campaign attribution rules
  • Manage campaign calendar and internal communication across the organization
  • Follow the latest industry standard processes for campaign management, activation and performance tracking
  • This position reports into the Senior Director of Demand Generation


  • 4+ years of Marketing experience in a similar role
  • Previous Experience working in a SaaS organization
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaign management
  • Outstanding project management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent partner management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within set deadlines, budget and important metrics
  • Experience working with marketing project management tool (e.g. Wrike, Asana)
  • Knowledge of CRM software (ideally SalesForce) and marketing automation platform (ideally Marketo)
  • Experience with video editing tools
  • Experience working with a target audience across different industries and geos
  • Strong understanding of campaign reporting, critical metric setting and analysis
  • US-based, ideally on the East Coast
