Overview

We are launching a new product initiative – ThreeFlow Connect – to transform the manual placement process in the insurance industry. This role will report to the Group Product Manager for the Carrier product pillar and will own major aspects of our product, roadmap, and strategy with a technical focus on integrations/APIs. Our product team is composed of six talented product managers across three product pillars – Carriers, Brokers, and Lifecycle.

About the role

  • Invest time with our users and learn deeply about their needs and jobs-to-be-done
  • Identify new technologies and industry trends, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy
  • Partner with engineering, design, and others to ship integration solutions that delight our users, and make measurable impact on the business
  • Understand and improve key product and business metrics
  • Take risks and make calculated tradeoffs
  • Own your product(s) end to end

About you

  • 5+ years of product management experience building products in high growth companies; versed in setting product strategy & vision
  • Ambiguity and change are opportunities, not challenges – you’ve operated successfully on cross functional teams and/or in startup environments
  • Experience working with data integrations and APIs
  • Data driven approach to solving problems for customers and internal stakeholders; effective communicator across a broad range of technical and non technical audiences
  • Equity and inclusion are important to you, and you are willing to perpetuate both – at ThreeFlow and in our industry
