We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our rapidly growing GTM organization. In this role, you will serve as a critical hire in managing the core element of our GTM technology stack. You will be responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, configuration, and end user support of our Salesforce instance for the GTM team. Reporting to our Senior Director, Sales Operations and Strategy, you will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on the creation, execution and prioritization of configuration requests that support GTM business priorities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

    • Maintain responsibility for the configuration of all new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards and customized applications
    • Manage Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities to meet stakeholder requirements
    • Collaborate with team members to develop specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom code
    • Support and maintain user reporting requirements through the creation of Salesforce reports, dashboards and folder structure
    • Serve as primary point person on requirements for Salesforce system integrations across departments including Accounting, Finance and Customer Success
    • Work to maintain and establish standard methodologies in data stewardship and standardization within policy guidelines
    • Assist with data audits to uncover data integrity issues
    • Leverage sandbox architecture and Salesforce application release management to drive process improvements and increase efficiency across the organization

Requirements

    • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator or related experience, in a consulting, finance, SaaS, marketing automation, or high-growth environment
    • Current advanced-level salesforce certifications – Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification or Salesforce Consultant Certification preferred
    • Mastery of all parts of Salesforce’s configuration space, including native and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, alerts, process builder actions, 3rd-party technology integrations, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
    • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
    • Knowledgeable in following tools or equivalent: CPQ, Clari, Sage Intact, Adaptive Insights, Catalyst
    • Experience with Data Loader, Import wizard, and related tools
    • Experience implementing and administering other CRM, Marketing Automation
    • Ability to build and implement process improvements and systems automation to drive efficiency
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
