The Project Manager, Delivery Services is responsible for coordinating and driving the end-to-end delivery of the nZero SaaS Carbon Management platform and services, particularly for public sector clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting the defined scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Own the implementation and delivery of high-value contracts and ensure the successful adoption of nZero platform
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, considering client requirements and project constraints
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimal customer onboarding with the nZero platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring all necessary resources to the table to deliver success
- Drive progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and customer expectations are realized
- Build processes and create organizational goals to deliver results, measure success and continuously improve delivery programs
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, considering client requirements and project constraints.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing regular project updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including software development, implementation, quality assurance, and support, to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitate discussions, and manage expectations with all stakeholders.
- Communicate project-related information, including risks, issues, and dependencies, to the relevant parties, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
Quality Assurance and Deployment:
- Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions to public sector clients.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, working closely with clients to validate and verify the functionality and performance of the software.
- Oversee the deployment of SaaS solutions, including data migration, integration with existing systems, and user training, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Project Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements specifications, change requests, and other relevant artifacts.
- Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices, facilitating continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree. A relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in the delivery of SaaS solutions, preferably with public sector domain experience.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Knowledge of public sector operations and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
