We are looking for a detail-oriented stock plan administrator to join the Olo Legal Team and work on highly confidential matters in a fast-paced environment while delivering accuracy and top-notch customer service to all levels of our Olo Team.

We want people who are passionate about stock plans and equity administration and excited about serving our employees and stockholders in an efficient and effective manner, while utilizing and improving upon our processes to ensure compliance.

Reporting to the Director, Equity Administration, the Stock Plan Administrator will manage stock activity and the equity database. This opportunity provides a variety of responsibilities and the ability to help establish scalable processes that will grow with our organization. You will have the ability to provide solutions and make an impact on a small, valued team at a newly public company that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our partners in Legal, Finance and Total Rewards.

Olo is a remote-first company and as such, you can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S or at Olo’s headquarters in New York City’s Financial District.

What You’ll Do

    • Maintain our equity award database, including ensuring that the processing of grants, terminations, demographic updates and RSU lapses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Continue to develop best practices to develop and improve processes, ensuring technology tools are fully leveraged.
    • Assist with employee communications, equity trainings and creating employee-facing communications to ensure equity plans are fully understood. Increase usage and effectiveness of communication tools.  Manage equity team inbox with prompt and helpful responses to questions.
    • Manage trading windows and pre-clearance process per our Insider Trading Policy.
    • Assist executives with 10b5-1 trading plans and transactions.
    • Lead other complex equity projects utilizing independent decision and judgment.

What We’ll Expect From You

    • Minimum of 5 years in equity plan administration in a public company.
    • Knowledge and experience administering equity-based awards and analytical skills to review and assess award-related questions and issues.
    • Practical knowledge of the legal, tax and accounting rules relevant to equity compensation and stock administration.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to provide clear guidance on complex equity topics, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service.
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel with ability to report on data quickly and accurately
    • Ability to manage numerous detail-intensive, interdependent, and time-sensitive tasks while ensuring accurate completion of the same.
    • Ability to proactively identify issues and take initiative to develop and recommend solutions.
    • Customer service focused professional with ability to collaborate across various teams.
    • Experienced using Schwab Equiview / SPM System
    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or training/coursework and advancement towards CEP certification and/or WorldatWork certification helpful but not required.
