Overview

Mission:

To help the company maximize revenue opportunity with our existing strategic unified communications and contact center partners by programmatically driving deeper alignment across sales, product and marketing initiatives that build, sustain and expand our mutual revenue opportunities.

Expectations:

  • Quickly develop a broad understanding of the Tenfold solution and value proposition for enterprise organizations & partners
  • Work with sales leadership from both Tenfold and our strategic partners to understand both organizations objectives as they relate to the partnership and build a strategic partnership roadmap that delivers these across the revenue, awareness and product objectives.
  • Develop and maintain executive relationships across our key strategic partnerships that enable continued alignment between Tenfold and the primary objectives of our partners
  • Work with partner stakeholders to drive sales enablement and coordinate technical training of the Tenfold solutions
  • Develop a deep understanding of the GTM engagement models employed by our partners and their GTM organizations while helping our sales organization map our people and activities in the most effective way to drive meaningful mutual revenue
  • Be accountable to the company’s growth targets of revenue sourced by and sold by our strategic partners
  • Establish and take ownership of the Tenfold partner engagement model and supporting collateral
  • Partner with internal sales, partner sales and marketing to drive demand gen initiatives and campaigns with partners focused on sourcing opportunities/pipeline and conversion
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic partners in navigating Tenfold and vice versa for our internal team in navigating the complex organizations of our strategic partners
  • Work with partners to increase overall visibility into opportunities and revenue funnel
  • Establish a repeatable programatic process to drive account mapping and proactive joint prospecting into mutual, exclusive and net new accounts with our partner sales organizations
  • Consistently communicate strategy and progress against KPIs with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support tenfold’s sales organization in aligning with regional and industry leadership and individual contributors to facilitate joint field engagement on deals and opportunity identification

Competencies:

  • Strong background in enterprise B2B software sales
  • Experience driving revenue through and alongside strategic partners (ideally in the UCaasS, CCaaS or CX space)
  • Strong presentation and organization skills and a track record of speaking to and coordinating with an Executive (C-suite) audience
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamics, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on key organizational KPIs
  • Demonstrated proof of building and establishing go to market/business plans and driving partner sales growth
  • Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex marketing and demand generation plans with partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; passion for working in less structured environments
