What you’ll do:
- Work with hiring managers in customer facing roles to understand their hiring requirements for their teams
- Search and identify talent globally which aligns with the mabl culture and fits the roles we’re hiring for
- Build a diverse pipeline of candidates by using different sourcing techniques based on the individual and type of role
- Help manage the recruitment process including phone screen, interviews, and background checks
- Organize and attend recruiting events including college recruiting
- 1-2 years of experience in human resource or recruiting roles
- Ability to move quickly, adjust to changing priorities and timelines, and a sense of urgency
- Willingness be creative and learn from others
- Ability to work well with others and build relationships to help further the business goals
- Openness to working in a fast paced environment
