As part of our People Ops team you will help take our hiring to the next level by designing and implementing the best Talent Acquisition practices known to mankind. The salary for this position is €35,000 annually. You can work remotely from anywhere in Europe.
You’ll be acting as the most important partner to our hiring managers in all Talent Acquisition related topics and providing relevant input to support strategic talent management. The main focus areas for the Talent Acquisition Specialist are: implementing relevant organisational and process improvements, making sure we have the best hiring practices in place, ensuring exceptional employee experience from recruitment, through onboarding to offboarding, improving hiring quality, helping and training hiring managers and supporting the improvement of employer branding.
You will succeed in this role if you are excellent at communicating in English on a native speaker level, have relentless drive and commitment to the role, as well as an unwavering belief that Talent Acquisition acts as a foundation of strategy fulfilment.
You should have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Very good understanding of effective sourcing channels and ability to use those successfully will prove crucial for your success in the role, while confidence in working autonomously and finding solutions to problems you encounter will bolster that even further.
3+ years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar position (preferably in a remote company) is expected and experience in hiring into both technical and non-technical roles is a plus.
