Tackle.io enables enterprise software companies to accelerate the use of Cloud Marketplaces like AWS, Azure and Google. Our vision is to transform the way software is bought and sold with a laser focus on helping customers build and drive significant channels of revenue through the Cloud Marketplaces.
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on our Customer Success team who can put both their technical skills and business acumen into action.

Your Day:

    • The primary duties as a Technical Support Specialist include:
    • Providing compassionate world class tier-1 and tier-2 customer support
    • Communicate with the extended Tackle team including engineers, PM teams, and management to drive the best customer experience and outcome
    • Learn to guide on-boarding activities for customers through the listing process by advising with best practice guidance for listing, pricing and GTM strategy
    • Various tasks as directed by your manager

Requirements:

    • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
    • History of over achievement
    • Technologically adept and business acumen-focused with excellent communication skills
    • Experience in general IT work
    • Ability to work individually and remotely and to collaborate within a team environment to achieve your goals.
