Web Strategy & CRO ManagerIn this role, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a high performing and cohesive website. You will be studying customer journeys, implementing A/B & multivariate testing to optimize our website’s conversion rate, introduce web page personalization across our ICP, and make tons of data-informed choices to ultimately improve the organic lead quality of our website. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the user experience & conversion rates of our website. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Demand Gen team to drive results!

 

What you will do:

    • Own the website strategy, roadmap & execution, including conversion optimization, personalization, A/B & multivariate testing, new web page and navigation launches, and analytics
    • Guide the development & execution of A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across our website
    • Create & execute the strategy for webpage personalization across the various personas and segments of our ICP
    • Develop & execute marketing strategies to improve our organic rankings, web traffic, engagement, and organic lead quality
    • Collaborate with the Demand Gen & Design teams to ensure high quality & measurable test implementation
    • Investigate data to understand user journeys & identify opportunities for improvement
    • Regularly report on test results, insights, and recommendations to optimize web performance & own the follow-through of those changes

Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:

    • 3-4 years of experience in CRO, specifically with split testing for B2B brands
    • Passionate about user experience
    • Deep familiarity with Hubspot’s CMS & split testing capabilities
    • Strong understanding of GA4 & other web analytics toolsAn understanding of SEO
    • Must love data! Looking for a curious person with strong analytical skills who can interpret complex data & turn it into an actionable plan
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
    • UX Design is not a requirement, but a bonus!
$100,000 – $108,000 a year
