RecenTHC is first-to-market THC breathalyzer driving innovation in substance detection through hardware and software solutions. RecenTHC is a critical component of the Safety & Detection (S&D) business line within the Mindr business with a $1B+ TAM. The General Manager will be focused on scaling RecenTHC across safety-sensitive employers, public safety organizations, etc. by managing the product roadmap, driving go-to-market execution and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Product Launch Strategy: Own the product roadmap for RecenTHC and define strong market positioning and value proposition the resonate with targets
  • Execution and Delivery: Translate customer needs into detailed requirements and drive cross-functional execution to deliver pilot, test, and launch product features
  • Got-To-Market Partnership: Partner with sales, support and service operations to drive commercial traction in 2026
  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Recruit, structure, and motivate a nimble cross-functional team. Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and pace.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven success launching and scaling disruptive products, experience in workplace safety a plus.
  • Strong product instincts paired with operational rigor, brand strategy is a plus
  • Strong process skills and operational management experience in a growth stage environment History of building in high-growth, early-stage organizations
  • Leadership skills to attract talent, manage performance, and foster accountability. Ability to manage up the organization
  • Comfort owning outcomes and driving execution across ambiguous, fast-moving terrain
  • 10+ years of industry experience
