We are looking for Account Executives who can bring Toggl Track to the next level. The target market will be either North America or EMEA.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, ideally with previous sales experience in a SaaS company. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling the value of Toggl Track, and converting prospects into long-term profitable relationships. Building your pipeline will start with inbound leads. You’ll be expected to land and expand those, while tackling outbound campaigns as well.
You will manage the entire sales process including negotiating pricing and terms. Meeting or exceeding set quota targets on a monthly basis is key, as well as meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for sales-based activities. Aside from being a top performer, your feedback to the product and marketing teams will be invaluable. Your insight into customer needs and challenges will help inform product and business decisions.
Based on your preference (you’ll pick in the test) your target market will be either North America or EMEA. Your working hours will be around the time zones of your target market.

We are looking for someone with sales experience under their belt (2+ years). You have met or exceeded quota, ideally in a SaaS company. You will play a critical role in achieving our revenue goals. You’ll also help scale the Sales team, as one of its very first team members. Aside from your track record, you have high energy, you are a great listener, and understanding a prospect’s’ challenges excites you. You are a charismatic communicator and a natural relationship-builder. You know when and how to prioritize your day to maximize results. You’re comfortable in a startup environment, where the only constant is change, and where extreme autonomy is our way of life.

OTE for the role depends on your target market (not your location). North America: $120,000/year ($60,000 is the base plus uncapped variable) and EMEA ~€80,000/year (€40,000 is the base plus uncapped variable). In addition, we offer other great benefits too.
