Our Blinkist for Business team is responsible for finding, growing, and engaging organizations that are in need of modern, whole-person focused learning. We are looking for a highly creative and collaborative marketer who is passionate about crafting data-driven marketing programs that engage, inspire, and convert. You will take the lead on organizing events, creating valuable and SEO-optimized content, executing paid marketing campaigns and establishing processes to build a scalable, high-performing marketing engine. You must have a can-do attitude and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Success in this role would result in increased awareness and adoption of our Blinkist enterprise offering.



  • Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs (events, partnerships, content, SEM, social media, PR, etc.) to drive new Blinkist for Business revenue.
  • Define and execute the content and SEO strategies with support from in-house and external copywriters.
  • Jointly with the Sales and Product teams, you identify, understand, and collaboratively leverage opportunities and innovative tactics to drive MQLs and nurture leads.
  • Leverage data analytics and Salesforce to evaluate your campaign’s ROI.
  • Team up with the Product Marketing Manager to build a go-to-market strategy for related product launches and ensure flawless execution.
  • Leverage customer feedback and market insights to influence marketing strategy.
  • Support the Sales Team with best-in-class Sales enablement materials to tell the compelling story of Blinkist for Business.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve the visibility of B2B marketing efforts; developing a continuous flow of communication among relevant teams, including B2C Marketing, Brand, Content and Design.



  • 5+ years in B2B marketing experience
  • Proven success with enterprise Saas B2B software product experience
  • You are customer obsessed – you take a customer-centric approach in everything you do to make go-to-market processes world-class
  • You are a content marketing expert who can deliver high-quality and SEO-optimized content through collaboration with in-house and freelance copywriters.
  • You are a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Hands-on experience organizing online/offline events (e.g. webinars, tradeshow booth, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of measurement capabilities and analytical skills. Proficiency with Excel is a must.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills that can work across teams in different locations and functions
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software (ZoomInfo Engage, Salesforce Pardot, etc.) is desirable
  • Comfortable in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with paid search and paid social is desirable
