The focus of this role is to conduct a successful experience for BELAY clients and contractors for the duration of their engagement across all service lines. Additionally, the Client Success Consultant (CSC) serves as a “coach/consultant” to our clients and contractors, ensuring the most productive and satisfying experience for both parties in the relationship by strategically managing a roster and keeping a results-focused mindset.

As a member of the BELAY Corporate Team, you are expected to participate in phone calls and meetings (virtual and onsite), while serving as an example of the company’s mission: BELAY exists to glorify God by providing solutions that equip our clients with the confidence to climb higher.

Duties and Responsibilities

Represent BELAY in a positive and professional manner

Client and Contractor Experience – Bookkeeping Clients & All Service Lines

  • Cast vision for what the Client/Contractor partnership could be long term (assessing the current scope and future opportunities for growth).
  • Growth mindset. Invest time, trust, and care in order to strategically enhance and grow the client’s business by up-selling additional solutions offered by BELAY.
  • Consulting for best practices, efficiency, and strategy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with all necessary individuals regarding contract changes.
  • Manage crisis situations and escalate when appropriate.

Organization & Follow Through 

  • Be proficient in using a cloud-based CRM and update daily activity, reporting and deal status.
  • Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Be tech-savvy and proficient in the tools necessary to integrate into BELAY’s remote workplace culture.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BELAY Placement team for all contractor placements.
  • Create and foster self-managing engagements through resources and coaching.
  • Ensure documentation and communication are current and accurate (Dropbox, CRM, etc.).
  • Provide insight and recommendations to strategically enhance the overall experience by collaborating with leadership and teams across the organization.
  • Conduct quarterly account reviews with Client Relations Manager to proactively identify sales opportunities and areas of improvement and growth.

Qualifications

The Client Success Consultant must demonstrate responsiveness & professionalism, own the details, be organizationally and technologically savvy, and conduct relational & efficiency coaching at all times.  Relational, humble, and intuitive people, with virtual experience and client understanding, will thrive in this role.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal, and trustworthy.
  • Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action-orientation are essential for this role.
  • Command presence with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player who is willing and able to “roll-up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
  • A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely.

Working Conditions

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated and secure workspace, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.
