We are seeking entry-level Clinical Trial Associates on our Customer Success Team to help our team provide clinical research professionals an overwhelmingly positive, valuable experience when using Reify Health’s cloud-based platform, StudyTeam.

What You’ll Be Working On:

    • Work alongside our Clinical Trial Leads to address the needs of our pharma, biotech and life science Sponsors
    • Assist in our client’s onboarding experience, help implement our platform and work cross-functionally to impact the progression of clinical trials
    • Setup the platform environment in preparation of introductory and kick-off meetings
    • Track and maintain a log of customer engagements, training and report on customer usage
    • Monitor and update regular metrics on trials and deliver to clients
    • Assist in coordinating daily complexities and coordination of our solution to support clinical trials
    • Assist in the roll-out of trial implementation, project management, client meetings and reporting, as needed
    • As you learn and develop expertise as part of your role, you will have the opportunity to progress and take on additional responsibilities within the team

What You Bring to Reify Health:

    • 1 year of relevant experience (or internship) in client-facing customer success role, preferably within a SaaS, PaaS or tech company
    • Experience working with customers and championing their long-term success
    • Previous exposure and strong interest in the healthtech or clinical industry
    • Extensive experience working with Excel and PowerPoint BA or BS degree in a related field
    • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
    • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills
    • A passion for improving healthcare, an informed desire to join a startup, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
    • Willingness to learn and help whenever needed
