Tackle.io enables enterprise software companies to accelerate the use of Cloud Marketplaces like AWS, Azure and Google. Our vision is to transform the way software is bought and sold with a laser focus on helping customers build and drive significant channels of revenue through the Cloud Marketplaces.
As the Community & Social Media Manager, you will work within Tackle’s marketing team and report to the Director of Content & Brand. Our ideal candidate excels at building relationships with internal stakeholders, influencers, and customers and understands how to scale those relationships to form a valuable community. You’re a good fit for this role if you’re emotionally intelligent, coachable, and can thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will:

    • Develop the community strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
    • Scale the community’s reach by strategically generating engagement initiatives, content,  programs, and events
    • Work with marketing and customer journey teams to build a community of Tackle advocates
    • Participate in and facilitate conversation and engagement within the community and across social channels
    • Measure, analyze, and track community data
    • Own and manage Tackle’s organic social media presence – driving our social calendar, managing production, and engaging directly with people in our community
    • Inspire and empower consistent Tackle employee participation in the community & on social channels
    • Identify opportunities to contribute to broader conversations on social, expand our audience, and introduce new people to Tackle

You have:

    • 4+ years of experience as a Community or Social Media Coordinator, Community or Social Media Manager, or similar role
    • Experience planning and executing community engagement activities and programs
    • Experience running social media channels and campaigns (bonus points if you’re comfortable with video marketing)
    • Well-versed across tried and true social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
    • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, visual, and written) with an eye for quality, creativity, and attention to detail
    • Strong time and project management skills and experience working successfully with diverse departments and groups of people
    • Preferable experience with community platforms and tools (but not required)
