Overview:

Jama is seeking a smart, multifaceted Consultant with experience in the Requirements, ALM, or PLM space. The Consultant is responsible for providing mentorship to help our new and existing customers achieve sustained value from Jama, while keeping them happy and satisfied through their life cycle

Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Become a subject matter expert in Jama’s products and offerings
  • Provides prospective customers with expert assistance in evaluating Jama software solutions and works with the Jama Sales team to facilitate post-sales opportunities for upsell within existing accounts and expansion to new business units
  • Proactively own and lead multiple customer engagements
  • Lead client working sessions to drive decisions for how the Jama Connect solution will be tailored to meet the client’s unique requirements and verification processes
  • Deliver onsite and remote training of the Jama Connect
  • Proactively identify and seek resolution of barriers that could inhibit end user adoption

Qualifications

  • 5+ years direct experience with requirements, test management, and digital engineering methodologies
  • External client facing consulting experience managing multiple clients
  • Experience managing the deployment of software solutions to end-users
  • Ideal candidate will have experience facilitating process and quality maturity level evaluations for their customers
  • Ideal candidate will have direct experience implementing Jama Connect at their organization

  • Highly motivated and self-directed to run a large portfolio of customer accounts (15+)
